Desert Brand Classic Sealer is a durable, weather resistant, low luster finish designed specifically to protect magnesium oxychloride floors, decks, and stairs. It is designed exclusively for protecting mangesium oxychloride floors, decks, and stairs. Both clear and pigmented sealers are not approved for use upon surfaces other than magnesium oxychloride floors, decks, and stairs. 

Instruction for Use 

Surfaces must be clearn, free of grease, oil, wax or other foreign matter. Make certain that the bond of the old coating is secure and check for possible lifting of undercoat. 

Preparation 

Stairs and decks should be cleaned and rinsed thoroughly. After thorough cleaning and rinsing, allow surface to thoroughly dry. Desert Brand Crack Filler is recommended for filling small objectionable cracks in the surfaces of decks and stairs. 

Thinning 

Desert Brand Classic Sealer is designed for maximum penetration of surface over which it is applied. The addition of thinning agent is not recommended. If thinning is desired use only Desert Brand Retarder. 

Application 

Mix thoroughly. After thorough preparation of surface, apply an event coating of Desert Brand Classic Sealer with a brush or roller. Two coats may be necessary for complete coverage. One gallon will cover approximately 350 to 450 square feet, depending on surface porosity. The product should not be applied when surface temperature is over 85 F.
